• Reservation details: the package you selected, rental dates, add-ons, and any notes you provide.
• Communications: messages you send us via email or our contact form.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web server logs and analytics tools.

We use Stripe to process all payments. When you complete a reservation, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and stored on Stripe's secure servers. We store a reference to your Stripe Customer ID and the last four digits and brand of your card for display purposes only.

By completing a reservation, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for amounts described in our Terms & Conditions, including rental extensions you request and fees for lost, damaged, or excessively dirty equipment.

We send transactional emails related to your reservation — including confirmation, delivery reminders, pickup reminders, and a post-rental thank-you. These emails are necessary to fulfill your reservation and cannot be opted out of while your rental is active.

We retain your reservation and contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill your rental, resolve any disputes, comply with our legal obligations, and maintain accurate business records. Payment method references are retained in Stripe until you request deletion or your card expires.

If you would like us to delete your personal information, please contact us at hello@readypackgosupply.com. We will honor deletion requests to the extent permitted by law and our legitimate business needs.

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to improve the user experience.
